Food industry assistant

The employer is looking for a:

Food industry worker hourly / on call (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation and production of ready-made meals in the kitchen department
• preparation of raw materials and execution of recipes according to defined procedures and weights
• production in high quantities of the same recipe, guaranteeing uniformity and qualitative consistency
• portioning and plating of finished products
• compliance with recipes, production, quality, and company hygiene-sanitary standards
• organization and cleaning of the workstation

Requirements:

• proven professional experience as a cook, preferably in catering or food production
• AFC as a cook constitutes a preferred qualification, but is not an indispensable requirement in the presence of adequate experience
• experience in the preparation of dishes in high quantities and ability to guarantee standardized and constant production
• experience in the production of ready-made meals constitutes a preferred qualification
• good knowledge of hygiene-sanitary and food safety regulations
• good organizational skills and attitude towards precise and methodical work
• ability to work in a team and to manage sustained work rhythms
• flexibility and availability regarding working hours
• availability for the possible possibility of working on Saturday
• good knowledge of the Italian language
• category B driving license
• owner of a vehicle

Employment details:

• workplace Riazzino
• employment from 20 - 100% (on call hours)
• employment immediately, permanent
• working hours: shifts, between 06.00 and 22.00
• shift work and night work
• possibility to work on Saturday
• salary remuneration based on the CCL of the sector
