Job description: Writing repair orders / work orders Assignment, organization and planning of interventions Monitoring and control of assigned activities Application of quality procedures in force in the company (cleanliness, respect for environmental standards and safety rules) Management of replacement vehicles With customers: Proposal of package / additional sale of products and services Invoicing / collection Return of the vehicle to the customer Promotion of the company's service offers Prospecting, development and loyalty of customers Expected profile: With the benefit of initial professional experience, you hold a CFC in commerce or a technical training in the field. Ideally, you have already proven yourself in a car agency. Autonomous, organized, rigorous and stress-resistant personality, you adopt a positive attitude and have a good ability to work in a team You are comfortable with numbers and have an excellent mastery of computer tools and data processing. Permanent contact with customers, by phone and at the counter, is not an obstacle for you. Good command of spoken and written French Activity rate: 100%. Hiring date: immediately or to be agreed
