Then join our team as a Maître d’hôtel Brasserie Permanent contract at 100% On a daily basis, you will be expected to: Management & Formation • Supervise, motivate and train the Chefs de Rang, Commis de rang and interns • Convey the LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards and good practices • Participate in the integration and training of new employees Operational Management • Welcome clients and ensure personalized follow-up • Manage delicate situations and resolve problems with professionalism • Ensure the smooth running of the service and client satisfaction • Supervise the service and distribute tasks in collaboration with the manager to ensure efficient organization • Supervise the setup of rooms and buffets according to current standards • Control the cleanliness and presentation of spaces Quality & Monitoring • Ensure the quality of the service and products offered • Ensure respect for billing procedures and food safety standards • Participate in stock and supply management • Contribute to cost optimization and service profitability And who are you? • Training in restoration (CFC Specialist in Restoration, BEP/CAP/BTS/BAC Pro) • Team spirit, listening, versatility and solidarity are innate in you • You are a genius with the Micros software and Opera is also an asset • You are a dynamic and rigorous person in your work • You have a very good level of French & English (level B2 required), a third language is an asset • You have experience in a similar position and in a high-standing establishment Why us?
