To strengthen our restaurant team, we are looking for a passionate host who will pamper our guests with attention and convince them in service through warmth and competence.

What awaits you
Guest care: Greeting and seating guests, ensuring first-class service and high guest satisfaction.
You manage the smooth and professional service flow in daily operations, organize duty rosters and reservations.
Quality control: Monitoring compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations.
Complaint management: Professional and friendly handling of guest complaints and inquiries.
Preparation and follow-up: Ensuring the proper preparation of the service station before and after service times, including Mise en Place.
Communication: Close cooperation with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure a smooth flow.

What you bring with you

Completed training in restaurant services
Professional experience in a comparable position in the service area
Sound knowledge of food and beverage, as well as service standards
Good German and English skills, further foreign language skills are an advantage
Strong guest and service orientation, teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
Polished appearance, confident demeanor, and excellent manners
