Process Manager / Process Engineer

With you, we will further develop our process landscape and use modern technologies and methods such as Process Mining, RPA, and AI where they create measurable added value.

What you can achieve

• You are responsible for the design, analysis, implementation, and continuous improvement of your end-to-end processes and control their performance via clear goals and KPIs.
• You design target processes along the Customer and Employee Journey in alignment with the strategy of Schweizerische Post.
• Using data-based analysis and monitoring procedures, you create transparency regarding actual processes, identify optimization potential, recognize causes, and derive measures.
• You translate insights into comprehensible decision bases and business cases and make the impact of implemented measures transparent using KPIs.
• With the goal of increasing efficiency, quality, as well as customer and user benefit, you optimize business processes with a focus on digitalization and automation. You design and realize RPA and AI solutions independently or together with technical experts.
• You elicit and document requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful introduction and sustainable anchoring through functional tests and training.
• You lead assignments or (sub-)projects, perform active stakeholder management, and further develop standards as well as best practices in the areas of automation and Process Intelligence.

What you bring with you

• For this role, you have a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field, as well as further training in process management, project management, or digital technologies.
• You bring profound, multi-year experience in process management/engineering and project management, as well as in business and digital transformation - ideally cross-departmentally in a large company.
• You quickly understand business processes, value chains, and operational contexts and translate strategic goals into practical improvements for customers and employees.
• Furthermore, you derive valuable insights from complex data, develop meaningful KPIs, and derive well-founded recommendations from them. Experience with BI and visualization tools is an advantage.
• You have practical experience with Process Mining, RPA or workflow automation, and AI in a process context, as well as implementation experience in at least one of these areas.
• You work independently, very structured, and result-oriented, communicate complex content appropriately to the target group, and lead different stakeholders to viable decisions.
• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of a second national language.
