Jurist as clerk at the Tribunal régional de Plessur # Tribunal régional de Plessur | 80-100 % | Coire ## The Tribunal régional de Plessur is a civil and criminal court of first instance located in Coire. It includes the cantonal court for coercive measures as well as the mediation office with the conciliation authority for rental matters in the Plessur region. The workload amounts to approximately 2,200 cases per year (including cases from the court for coercive measures). The secretariat currently consists of eight people for a total of 680 % workload and handles a significant part of the workload. For the Tribunal régional de Plessur, from 1 December 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a jurist as clerk. Your area of responsibility • Legal clarifications in civil and criminal law • Support to judges in conducting trials • Drafting of minutes during hearings and taking of evidence • Drafting of decisions, judgments, orders and decrees • Furthermore, tasks derive from the law on judicial organization (BR 173.000) What we expect from you • Completed law studies in Switzerland, preferably with a bar admission • Practical experience, ideally at a court, in a law firm or in public administration • Structured, prospective, autonomous and precise working method • Personality capable of working in a team, reliable and resistant to stress.
