HR Assistant (M/F) Focused on training and monitoring of apprentices (40%-50%, mornings) Your mission Within the HR department, you provide administrative and operational support to the team while ensuring complete monitoring of apprentices during their training. Your main responsibilities • Ensure the recruitment of apprentices (posting of advertisements, sorting of applications, organization of interviews and internships) • Establish apprenticeship contracts and manage administrative formalities related to hiring • Monitor apprentices throughout their training • Organize and participate in monitoring interviews, assessments and debriefings with apprentices and trainers • Make regular trips to our different sites • Support the HR team in administrative and operational tasks of the department • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and confidentiality of processed information Your profile • HR Manager certificate or proven experience in the field of Human Resources • Good knowledge of HR processes and recruitment • Strong interest in supporting and developing young people in training • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Rigorous, autonomous and proactive personality • Sense of responsibility and great discretion • Team spirit and ease of relationships • Driver's license and personal vehicle essential for travel to different sites • Although the position is planned at 40% mainly in the mornings, some flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the HR department during periods of workload overload, specific projects or during the absences and vacations of colleagues.
