The Bernerhof is a year-round open superior category hotel with 46 rooms and suites. Our three restaurants with around 200 seats offer a versatile range for our international and sophisticated guests: the rustic „La Gare“ with regional specialties (13 points Gault-Millau), the restaurant "Blun-Chi" with Chinese delicacies (14 points Gault-Millau) as well as the pizzeria "Basta". To complement the team at our lively reception, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a Receptionist Your tasks: • Care for and advise our international, sophisticated guests • Reservations incl. correspondence (offers, confirmations) using Protel • Check-in and check-out • Receiving and forwarding telephone calls • Posting sales outlets • Creating daily closings • Receiving restaurant reservations You... • have ideally completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar • have already been able to gain experience at a hotel reception, in tourism or in the service sector • speak and write German (fluent) as well as French and English (very good) • are a warm host personality with passion for your profession • can identify with our values "hospitality - self-responsibility - networked thinking" • are used to working independently • always keep an overview and a smile on your lips even in hectic situations • have a high awareness of quality and service We offer: An interesting position in a varied environment in beautiful Gstaad awaits you.
