For our Gland-Vich concession, we are recruiting a : Workshop Planner / After-Sales Service Advisor Planned rate at 100%, entry into function immediately or by agreement Your main tasks : You plan the workshop appointments for optimal organization, manage phone calls. You accompany the customer in their steps with your advice and offer them our services. You organize and coordinate the transmission and writing of After-Sales service information. You ensure that all necessary means are planned for the smooth running of planned operations. You ensure customer satisfaction with optimal reception quality. Develop customer loyalty, maintain it and assume a decisive function in advising and selling services (such as service packages, maintenance contracts) and products (spare parts and accessories) for automobiles. Conclude contracts, ensure registration and invoicing processes from reception to vehicle delivery.
