From summer 2026, the Restaurant Roggenhausen will shine in a new splendor. With seasonal specialties and excursion classics from the region, the restaurant invites you to enjoy and linger.

Your main tasks:

• Mise en place and production for à la carte and banquets
• Collaboration at all stations, independent station management in evening service after training
• Regeneration, plating, replenishment
• Goods receipt, storage according to FIFO, reporting requirements, avoiding food waste
• HACCP self-control incl. documentation, cleaning plan, occupational safety
• Working at the deep fryer and/or ice cream station
