A Banquet Manager (M/F) ## Capable of coordinating all operations related to conferences, receptions and private or professional events. Job description ## As a true conductor, you ensure the planning, organization and smooth running of banquet services, from the preparation of the rooms to the closing of the events. You coordinate the permanent teams and the extra staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, optimize resources according to activity and guarantee fluid communication between the different services. You also ensure the monitoring of activity indicators, participate in the continuous improvement of services and are responsible for compliance with HACCP standards, safety rules as well as environmental procedures. Profile sought ## With the benefit of confirmed experience in managing banquets or events within a high-end establishment, you possess solid skills in team management and operational organization. Recognized for your leadership, your sense of service, your reactivity and your ability to manage large volumes, you know how to unite your collaborators around a common goal. You master Microsoft Office tools, ideally TCPOS, and communicate easily in French as well as in English (minimum B2 level).
