Here are your missions

• Ensure the billing of services within the deadlines according to usual tariffs, mainly Tardoc/outpatient flat rates and Swiss DRG
• Processing of returns
• Verification of coverage with guarantors
• Management of coverage agreements
• Management of the main cash desk
• Verification of the consistency of unpaid invoices
• Written and telephone clarifications with internal and external services
• Correspondence with patients, insurances, municipalities, cantons
• Assumption of other tasks

You

• Completed basic commercial and/or medical training
• Experience in the health sector, particularly in patient billing
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, experience with ERP Navision an asset
• Good knowledge of social insurances
• Very good German skills orally and in writing; fluent command of another foreign language such as English and/or French
• Resilient and flexible team player
• High customer orientation, communication and conflict management skills

You assume the necessary responsibility in your field and carry out the tasks entrusted to you autonomously by applying your acquired knowledge and skills.
