Your tasks

For our package tours team at the headquarters in Windisch, we are looking for a motivated and service-oriented personality with strong organizational talent. In this varied role, you will accompany our guests from consultation and booking to the successful execution of the trip. In doing so, you will be in close exchange with customers, driving staff, and our partners, contributing significantly to a smooth travel experience. • Sales and consultation for our round trips, adventure trips, and group offers
• Care for our guests before, during, and after the trip
• Processing of bookings, rebookings, and customer inquiries
• Coordination with hotels, restaurants, agencies, and other service providers
• Creation of travel documents for guests and driving staff
• Ongoing care and support of our trips from the office
• Contact person for driving staff as well as partners during trip execution
• Processing of feedback and complaints
• Participation in trade fairs, sales events, and customer events
• Support for marketing and sales activities
• Possibility to take on training tasks and supervision of our apprentices in the area of Tour Operating and travel consultation

Your profile

• Training in the travel industry or comparable commercial training
• Experience as a practical trainer and/or a completed vocational trainer course is an advantage
• Experience in sales and in consulting customers
• Joy in dealing with people and strong service orientation
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Organizational talent as well as the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Good German skills in speaking and writing, other languages an advantage
• Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications
• Destination knowledge in Europe is an advantage
