Tariff Control and Cost-effectiveness Specialist Within our team dedicated to tariff control and fraud prevention, you occupy a key role in piloting the analysis of billing practices of healthcare providers every day. Your objective? Identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with legal bases (LAMal/LCA) and ensure efficient use of resources, while maintaining a constructive relationship with providers and partners. What you do on a daily basis You manage the role of analyst and tariff specialist: you collect relevant data to establish statistics using available tools or by making requests to the dedicated service. You process this data with indicators (benchmarking, developments, proportions, etc.), then you carry out targeted checks based on the discrepancies found. Finally, you analyze, synthesize and propose recommendations or concrete actions. You also ensure a coordination role: you communicate the results of your analyses internally. You implement the defined actions and follow up on recommendations with the various concerned services (invoice control, negotiation, parameterization of blocks, etc.). You also participate in cross-functional projects. Finally, you are in charge of negotiating with healthcare providers in case of billing deviations: you conduct exchanges to obtain a refund, a correction of billing practices or any other necessary action. You collaborate with the legal department if a procedure needs to be initiated before the courts. What you bring to the team You master analytical and numerical skills: you know how to manipulate data, produce reliable analyses and present them in a clear manner. You write structured and relevant summaries, and you work in complete autonomy. You also have solid relational skills and you know how to conduct effective negotiations. You are a tariff specialist in the health field: you use Microsoft tools, in particular Excel at an advanced level, and you exploit data tools such as Power BI or equivalent. You rely on basic statistical knowledge to analyze and interpret data. You have a commercial training, in the health field or a university of applied sciences and you have acquired at least 5 years of experience in health insurance or in a hospital environment, in an analyst or management control function.
