Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who loves creating structure, anticipating evolving priorities, and supporting senior executives in a demanding environment? We are looking for a proactive, resilient, and highly organized professional who acts with confidence, good judgment, and discretion. This is a fully office-based position, primarily supporting legal matters, with opportunities to evolve towards broader corporate management responsibilities.

What would your role be?

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and business travel with foresight and discretion.

Coordinate management meetings, agendas, documentation, and follow-up activities.

Anticipate potential needs or problems and ensure their resolution.

Maintain structure and momentum in the face of competing and frequently changing priorities.

Manage correspondence, legal documents, and confidential information with the required care.

Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Assume broader corporate management responsibilities as the role evolves.

What are we looking for?

Experienced Executive Assistant with a strong track record of supporting general management.

Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal and familiarity with legal subjects preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proactive mindset with good judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to work from our Zurich office five days a week.

Affinity for artificial intelligence (AI) and willingness to adopt AI-assisted tools and working methods.

Location Requirement
