The traditional Basel restaurant Kunsthalle offers seasonal cuisine in a casual atmosphere in the brown part (Schluuch) and elegance in the white part (restaurant) with a view of the terrace in the garden – making it a popular place for Basel residents and tourists.

Be a Candrian - Your tasks:
Treat our guests culinary-wise daily with seasonal and creative dishes
Representation of the Head Chef in all matters during his absence
Ensuring a smooth process of the à la carte and bistro kitchen
Production, manufacturing and quality control of the food selection
Assistance with menu planning
Be a Candrian - Your profile:
You have a completed culinary apprenticeship EFZ and are a skilled professional
You have already been able to gain experience in such a position and in staff leadership
You bring a high degree of quality awareness and joy in cooking
