Clerk Court Secretariat (80%)

Start of position: 01. October 2026 or by arrangement Work location: Thun The Regionalgericht Oberland represents the first-instance judicial authority for civil and criminal jurisdiction in the Thun / Oberland area and employs approx. 50 people at the secretariat, court registry and presidency level as well as 4 apprentices. In the criminal area, proceedings range from small traffic offenses to large drug cases. The civil area is extremely interesting due to the diversity of the proceedings (such as divorces, bankruptcies or prohibition permits). The position will likely be filled internally.
