This is how your job will be:

• You develop adoption and communication concepts along the personas of a company
• You design and conduct trainings: kick-offs, hands-on sessions, short formats during lunch as well as office hours and floorwalking after the go-live
• You build champion networks and empower managers so that it continues even without you
• You make Copilot suitable for everyday use: use cases from real daily work, good prompting and realistic expectation management
• You measure adoption instead of just claiming it and derive the next wave from it

What you should bring with you:

• Several years of professional experience in change management, adoption or user training in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Strong moderation and presentation skills, from workshops with 8 people to large-scale events
• Confident handling of Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot from a user perspective
• Methodological knowledge in change management (e.g. according to Prosci or ADKAR) as well as the ability for situational methodological adaptation
• Experience in measuring adoption success using usage data, Copilot analytics or own surveys
• German at native speaker level, good English, French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland
