What you bring:

• You have completed vocational training (EFZ) in the commercial-industrial, social, or commercial sector and have successfully completed further training as an HR-Fachfrau/-mann or Sozialversicherungsfachfrau/-mann with a federal diploma.
• You also have further training in labor integration as well as several years of experience in integrated case management and counseling of job seekers.
• You are characterized by high social and communication competence and have the ability to support clients empathically and in a solution-oriented manner.
• You know the labor market and bring knowledge of social insurance in AVIG and IVG.

Your working environment

At the Amt für Wirtschaft und Arbeit, we implement federal laws such as the Arbeitslosenversicherungsgesetz (AVIG), the Arbeitsvermittlungsgesetz (AVG), and the Arbeitsrecht (ArG). The main tasks consist of supervising industry and trade regarding occupational safety and health protection, advising and mediating job seekers, and paying unemployment benefits to entitled persons.
