Deputy Residential Area Manager FaGe / Long-term care 70 - 100% Bern

As a healthcare professional (Fachfrau Gesundheit or Fachmann Gesundheit), you want to take on more responsibility and specifically apply your experience in long-term care in a leadership role. For a modern competency center in the Koppigen region, we are looking for a committed personality as a Deputy Residential Area Manager (female or male) with a workload of 70 to 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement. In this responsible function, you will support the Residential Area Manager in daily leadership, provide professional guidance to employees, and actively contribute to high-quality and resident-oriented care and support.

What awaits you in this responsible task:

• Support for the Residential Area Manager in ensuring holistic, individual, and resident-oriented care and support
• Co-responsibility for the organization and coordination of the residential area
• Assumption of delegated leadership tasks as well as responsibility for their implementation
• Active guidance and ensuring of the nursing process, including seamless nursing documentation
• Participation in specialist groups, projects, and quality development processes
• Assumption of daily and house responsibility in everyday nursing
• Leadership of the residential area during the absence of the Residential Area Manager
• Contact person for residents, relatives, and employees

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as Fachfrau Gesundheit or Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe)
• Several years of professional experience in long-term care as well as experience in the Swiss healthcare system
• Interest in leadership tasks or initial experience in a professional leadership function
• Joy in guiding and supporting employees
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation
