Product Manager Client Management & AI

We are looking for a Product Manager – Client Management & AI to define and evolve the product strategy for how Swissquote interacts with its clients. From personalization and intelligent product recommendations to client communication, customer loyalty, and client support, you will shape the capabilities that deliver a seamless and engaging client experience. You will also drive the adoption of AI across our Banking & Wealth products, leveraging technologies such as AI agents and generative AI to enhance customer experience.

Shape the Client Management Experience

• Own the product vision for client management capabilities.
• Define and improve how clients receive product communications, notifications, and lifecycle messaging to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized experiences.
• Design the capabilities that enable personalized client experiences based on customer profiles, behaviors, and preferences (Recommendations engine).
• Identify opportunities to increase product adoption through contextual cross-selling and in-app recommendations.
• Gather client feedback and usage insights to continuously improve client-facing experiences and prioritize product enhancements.
• Collaborate with other Product Teams, UX Research, Marketing and Customer Insights to ensure client interactions are consistent, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Drive AI Innovation

• Lead and support internal AI initiatives, including AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation.
• Partner with other Product teams and Data teams to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Help define the bank’s AI strategy for the short and medium-term in partnership with the Trading team to ensure consistency.
• Promote the adoption of AI solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Customer Success or similar preferably in fintech or banking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, from product peers to executive leadership.
• Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, resolving ambiguity, and building alignment without authority.
• Comfortable conducting qualitative research and client interviews and partnering with UX trams to generate actionable insights.
• Good understanding of AI technologies such as Generative AI, AI agents, or chatbots, and enthusiasm for applying them to real business challenges.
• Fluent in English.

As part of the Product Strategy team, reporting to the Manager of Banking & Wealth, you will work across Product, Engineering, Data, UX, Marketing, and Customer Insights to shape the future of client engagement at Swissquote.
