Breakfast Chef de rang 60% (m/f)

Workplace: Beau-Rivage Palace

Start date: 15-10-2026

Contract type: Fixed-term Contract

Responsibilities

• You ensure the setup of the breakfast room: buffet, tables, equipment, and products.
• You coordinate with the kitchen for the preparation and service of hot products, special orders, and à la carte dishes.
• You ensure the cleanliness, the setting of the room, and the availability of products throughout the service.
• You warmly welcome clients, escort them to their table, and present the breakfast offer.
• You listen to the needs of each client and take into account specific dietary requirements, allergies, and preferences.
• You manage special requests with efficiency, discretion, and courtesy in order to guarantee a quality client experience.

Profile sought

• You have proven experience in catering, ideally in breakfast service in a hotel or restaurant.
• You master service techniques, notably the buffet, plate service, and beverage service.
• You know hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) and know how to apply them daily.
• You have a good level of French and professional English is required. Mastery of other languages is an asset.
• You have a keen sense of customer service and attach great importance to customer satisfaction.
• You are dynamic, reactive, and know how to demonstrate adaptability.
• You have an excellent presentation and adopt a professional, smiling, and neat attitude.
