In a dreamlike location, on the private Hertenstein peninsula in Weggis, lies the Campus Hotel Hertenstein – a unique place for seminars, congresses, weddings, banquets and further training in a wide variety of areas.

The hotel offers 12 seminar and banquet rooms (20–226 m²) with state-of-the-art technology, 62 hotel rooms, the “Il Ristorante Hertenstein” with lake terrace, a hotel bar, the “Café Vienna” with large terrace, its own excursion boat pier as well as sauna, relaxation room and fitness equipment.

In summer 2020, the offering was expanded by the Campus Dorf. It includes 20 studios, 6 apartments and the state-of-the-art cereneo clinic for neurorehabilitation. After a renovation phase in winter 2024/2025, the hotel will shine with a new room product in spring 2025.

For our kitchen team, we are looking for you starting November 2026!

Your mission

• You manage your kitchen station independently and, together with the team, ensure smooth operations
• You take responsibility for your station, the ordering process as well as the stock turnover and the careful preparation of the Mise en Place
• You recognize the needs of our guests and ensure high guest satisfaction with passion and professionalism
• You carry out regular freshness, taste and quality controls and ensure compliance with our high standards

Your skills

• You have an interest in gastronomy and hotel management
• You have a precise idea of what you want to learn with us
• You bring passion and enthusiasm
• You have good comprehension skills and speak fluent German or English
