How you will contribute: ##

• In a varied and exciting work environment, you will lead a team of currently six employees professionally and personally.
• You are responsible for developing the team and organizational structures of the new Network Operations Gas/Water/Heat unit and ensuring their sustainability.
• Together with your team, you ensure the operation of the pipe networks in the city of Luzern and in other supply areas of ewl.
• You plan and monitor maintenance and are responsible for the coordination of tasks as well as the enforcement and further development of standards and norms.
• You continuously develop the processes and workflows within the team and at the interfaces to other stakeholders.
• Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for internal and external concerns regarding all questions about the pipe networks of ewl.
• You help shape the maintenance strategy and are responsible for the budget planning of maintenance.

What you bring: ##

• You have a basic technical education, supplemented by further training at HF/FH level in maintenance, in a technical or commercial environment.
• You have many years of proven, sound experience in leading technical teams in maintenance or in energy supply, ideally in the operation or construction of pipeline networks.
• You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and a reliable, structured way of working, and you have high standards for the quality of work results from yourself and your team.
• You are used to creating structures and have experience in developing a team.
• You are ready to work after thorough induction and to provide on-call service if required.
