As part of the reinforcement of our Food & Beverage organization, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to complete our team and form a real duo with our current Restaurant Manager in post.

The two Restaurant Managers occupy the same hierarchical level, with the same responsibilities. Together, they provide the momentum for the restaurant, support the teams, and guarantee the quality and consistency of the customer experience.

Our restaurant operates 7 days a week, from breakfast to dinner, totaling 21 services per week. The duo organization allows for a managerial presence across all these services. It therefore requires excellent communication, mutual trust, and permanent collaboration between the two Restaurant Managers.

Your main responsibilities

In close collaboration with your partner, your missions will notably include:

• Organizing, coordinating, and supervising the floor teams and extras;
• Ensuring, with the other Restaurant Manager, managerial continuity over the 21 weekly services;
• Preparing and conducting briefings and effectively transmitting information between the different services;
• Being present on the floor and actively participating in services;
• Guaranteeing the quality of the welcome, service, and customer experience;
• Ensuring compliance with and the evolution of the establishment's service standards;
• Training, supporting, and developing employees;
• Developing fluid and constructive communication with your partner, the kitchen, and other departments;
• Supervising setups, cleanliness, ambiance, and the proper maintenance of the restaurant;
• Actively participating in sales development and customer satisfaction;
• Monitoring stocks, equipment, and receipts, and contributing to cost control;
• Participating, according to business needs, in banquets, events, and other F&B activities.

These responsibilities are directly in line with the job description, which entrusts the Restaurant Manager with staff coordination, service quality, and customer satisfaction. They are also responsible for employee training, stocks, and the smooth running of the service.

The profile we are looking for

You have successful experience in catering, ideally in hotels, and have already held an operational management position.

You are above all a field manager: you like being present during services, supporting your team, leading by example, and creating a positive dynamic.

But above all, you enjoy working in a team. You know how to share information, make decisions in consultation, hand over tasks, and work with another manager without a logic of territory or competition.

We are looking for a personality capable of understanding that a high-performing managerial duo relies on trust, communication, and the consistency of decisions made in front of the teams.

Organized, positive, reactive, and endowed with a true sense of service, you also know how to maintain your composure during periods of high activity.

Proficiency in French is indispensable and a good level of English is necessary given our international clientele.
