Head of Operations Specialist Center Inheritance Advisory (w/m/d)

In order to lift the advisory services of the Specialist Center Inheritance Advisory to a higher level procedurally and digitally within the context of the overall range of pension advisory services, we are looking for a reliable, innovative, and strong-leadership personality who is ready to take proactive action, effective immediately or by arrangement. We are looking for a Head (w/m/d) of the "Operations" sub-area, who, in addition to digital further development, ensures the smooth operational running of the Specialist Center Inheritance Advisory. Share What awaits you? ## • Ensuring smooth operational running of the specialist center and continuous optimization and standardization of processes • Answering technical questions • Ensuring efficient cooperation with internal interfaces, especially with IT, pension, and other specialist departments • Leading and participating in projects for digitalization, process optimization, and further development of the service offering • Personnel leadership and further development of the Operations team with currently 6 employees (especially junior and assistant persons) • Drafting of advisory processes/technical instructions to officialize further developments or new services within the framework of internal regulations What do you bring with you? ## • Successfully completed basic legal training (e.g., law studies, FH in the field of business and law, notary training) • Good knowledge of matrimonial property law and inheritance law • Leadership experience or the motivation to take on a leadership role with corresponding responsibility • Training/further training in the field of IT/Legal Tech is an advantage • Professional experience in process optimization as well as in project and/or change management is desired • Entrepreneurial, strong-communication personality with high initiative and a pronounced sense of quality
