Start date: by arrangement Tasks • In primary nursing, you care for 2-3 residents together with another team member to ensure professional, evidence-based nursing quality • You independently manage and monitor invasive as well as non-invasive home ventilation • You safely carry out tracheostomy tube management, infusion therapies, and complex wound management • On the nursing ward, you take on daily responsibility and coordinate on equal footing with specialist doctors and therapists • You carry out nursing documentation (RAI-LTCF) carefully and ensure smooth handovers within the team Requirement Profile • You have completed training as a Certified Nursing Professional HF/FH or have an equivalent recognition • Additional training as an Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or NDS HF Emergency Nursing is an advantage • You bring experience in ventilation management, or the motivation to work intensively on it • Professional experience in the acute sector or in specialized long-term care is part of your background What you can look forward to: • Medical complexity at IMC level • The chance to actively help shape a state-of-the-art nursing department and team building • Thorough induction as well as generous support for further training in ventilation and severe care • Attractive salaries, above-average social benefits, and at least 25 days of vacation (up to 7 weeks in old age) • Reliable duty scheduling for work-life balance You bring experience, heart, and skill.
