• You take responsibility for the customer advisory area and lead your team professionally and personally.
• You ensure that everything runs smoothly in day-to-day business and deploy personnel resources according to requirements.
• In doing so, you are in the middle of the day-to-day business and ensure, with forward-looking deployment planning, that our customers are reliably looked after.
• In advisory, you are right in the middle of it. You accompany customers regarding saving, numbers, investing and providing for the future.
• You recognize their needs and, for further concerns, establish the connection to our specialist departments.
• At the same time, you further develop existing customer relationships, recognize potentials and win new customers with your team.
• Because good customer advisory never stands still, you contribute your ideas and actively help shape the further development of the area.

What do you bring with you? ##

• You have completed banking training and bring sound experience in customer advisory.
• Leadership suits you. Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial leadership experience and successfully accompany and develop employees.
• An SAQ certification is an advantage.
• You convince with an open, communicative manner, think entrepreneurially and like to roll up your sleeves.
• Organizational talent and a good sense for people help you to keep an overview, even in a lively day-to-day business.
• You like to be visible, actively approach people and represent our bank at customer events and other internal and external events.
