• 31 July 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Genève We will achieve ## together Within the Finance, Sustainability, Law & Risks Directorate, the Accounts unit, attached to the Accounts and Financing Activity, has the mission in particular to guarantee compliance with the application of accounting or financial rules, standards and laws. It contributes to creating value for the company by closing the accounts each month and producing consolidated financial statements according to IFRS standards. Your energy at the service of a sustainable Genève ## Reporting to the "Head of Closing and Subsidiaries", the position combines autonomous management of subsidiary accounts and a corporate accountant role within a defined SIG scope, requiring a strong analytical capacity and excellent mastery of SAP. In this framework, your role will consist of: • Fully and autonomously managing the accounts of the subsidiaries, particularly: • Recording and collection/payment of customer/supplier invoices; • Maintaining fixed asset accounting; • VAT management and other tax declarations; • Preparation and reliability of annual consolidation packages; • Performing closings and producing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; • Budget preparation • Planning, coordinating and ensuring the follow-up of statutory audits of subsidiaries in collaboration with external auditors (Code of Obligations). • Being responsible for an accounting item within the SIG scope, namely: • Calculation and recording of monthly closing entries to ensure the existence, completeness and accuracy of accounting figures in connection with its accounting item/items (stock and personnel costs), in compliance with internal/external rules; • Analysis and reliability, throughout the period, of amounts and entries of flows generated by operational tools in order to request the necessary information to then record the necessary adjustments if necessary to ensure the existence, completeness and accuracy of accounting figures; • Supporting business units to obtain the necessary information for the proper understanding of the process and business data, which must be reflected in the accounting items; • Post-closing analyses to ensure the reliability of the recorded figures in connection with its accounting item/items and explanation of variances • Reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement items with sub-modules • Participating in the consolidation of accounts and the preparation of notes to the consolidated financial statements: • Intervening in the group's financial consolidation process, notably through the recording of consolidation entries • Preparing and developing the notes to the consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS standards. Your personality and your skills ## You maintain good relations with your partners and cultivate your network in a spirit of consensus. You are comfortable in your oral and written expression. Autonomous, you are a source of proposals and know how to analyze processes in order to optimize them by proposing areas for improvement. Curious and open-minded, you know how to demonstrate agility and are able to quickly provide concrete solutions in changing and unpredictable contexts. You have excellent accounting and analytical knowledge. You are comfortable with MS-Office tools (Excel and Powerpoint) and you master SAP and the modules related to the accounting item/items (ideally SAP-AA and SAP-CO). Your background: • Higher diploma in accounting (specialist certificate in finance and accounting or equivalent); • Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting; • Mastery of standards (IFRS, CO) and accounting processes; • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fiduciary firm required.
