Business Analyst for process optimizations in the education environment and chatbot solutions (%) Task For a customer from the public environment, we are looking for an experienced person as a Business Analyst. In this versatile role, you will support two strategic projects: the analysis and optimization of administrative business processes in the education environment and the collection and structuring of requirements for the future use of chatbot solutions. You will work closely with departments, project managers, and stakeholders and make an important contribution to the digitization and further development of existing processes. You will analyze existing business processes in the environment of a study administration, develop potential for improvement, and identify opportunities for simplification and optimization of organizational and functional processes. You will take requirements together with the departments and stakeholders, document them in a structured manner, and develop well-founded proposals for improvement, which you will present to the project management and decision-making bodies. At the same time, you will ensure that all findings flow into the follow-up project for the introduction of a new specialist solution. In parallel, you will support another project for the introduction of chatbot technologies. You will collect requirements from the demand carriers, participate in the development of possible solution approaches, and support the development of a comprehensive basic concept and a target architecture for the future use of chatbots in various specialist applications. Throughout the entire project, you will work closely with project management, clients, and stakeholders and ensure transparent communication and traceable documentation of all results. For this position, verifiable reference projects are mandatory. The workload is 80% in September and 60% thereafter. After the induction period, partial home office is possible.
