Then shape the shopping experience of tomorrow with us! ## To strengthen our team in the logistics area, we are looking for a motivated and committed Logistics Employee 60%, starting 01.09.2026, temporary until 31.12.2026, at the Hochdorf location. ## Your responsibility • You take over the planning, further development and coordination of the team. • You are responsible for the personnel and professional leadership of the employees. • You independently and competently conduct communication between all internal process participants. • You actively support the team and department management in the optimization and further development of the operational process. • You constantly analyze ongoing processes and identify process optimizations and simplifications within your department from them and implement these actively and independently. • You are responsible for the coordination of induction and the administrative process of new employees in your department. • You consistently adhere to order, cleanliness and safety standards. • You participate in relevant meetings and subsequently inform the team about the most important topics. Your profile • You have completed basic training in logistics and, ideally, further training in the specialist area. • Ideally, you have already been able to gain initial leadership experience in a dynamic environment. • You have a strong sense of organization and improvisation and have strong personal initiative. • You use available resources in a cost-effective and environmentally conscious manner. • You convince with a positive attitude towards work and can transfer this to your team and motivate them sustainably. • You are versatile and have a hands-on mentality; furthermore, you enjoy working in a team. • You are open and motivated towards changes and like to make your own decisions which you can implement. • You speak fluent German and ideally have knowledge of another national language.
