For one of our clients, active in a dynamic and international environment, we are looking for a: Supply Chain Agent at 100 % Missions: Create, transmit and follow up on orders with suppliers. Ensure proper confirmation of orders and compliance with agreed quantities, deadlines and conditions. Ensure the follow-up of orders from their confirmation until their delivery. Identify any delays or discrepancies and carry out the necessary reminders to suppliers. Organize and coordinate the transport of goods with suppliers, carriers and logistics partners. Ensure the follow-up of shipments and communicate the expected arrival dates to the various internal interlocutors. Coordinate operations with the logistics partner and ensure the transmission of necessary information for the receipt of goods. Manage and resolve any anomalies related to deliveries: quantity discrepancies, missing or incorrect products, damaged goods, etc. Receive and check supplier invoices, ensuring their compliance with the orders. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in price, quantity or commercial conditions. Ensure the follow-up of invoices until their validation and payment. Manage supplier claims and ensure their follow-up until their resolution. Develop and maintain various reportings and operational follow-ups on Excel. Ensure reliable visibility on current orders, delays, deliveries and any anomalies. Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes. Profile: You benefit from a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, logistics, purchasing or in a similar operational environment. Ideally, you have experience in supplier management and order follow-up. Experience in an e-commerce, retail or high-pace environment is a real asset. You have perfect mastery of Excel, particularly pivot tables, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP functions as well as data analysis and reconciliation. You are comfortable managing large volumes of data and the simultaneous follow-up of many orders. Knowledge of an ERP, a WMS or other tools related to purchasing and logistics is an asset. Knowledge of Airtable as well as automation tools such as or n8n is a plus. You have perfect mastery of French and have a good level of professional English. Knowledge of German is a serious asset. You are an organized, rigorous person and particularly attentive to details. Proactive and solution-oriented, you are able to anticipate problems and ensure their follow-up until their resolution.
