Your tasks

• Holistic support and advice for employees and managers
• Responsibility for HR administration from entry to exit
• Coordination of the entire recruitment process
• Preparation of contracts, employment references and HR documents
• Support with permits, withholding tax and other official matters
• Support with labor law questions, employee appraisals and HR projects
• Collaboration in process optimization, employee development and employer branding
• Support in payroll and social insurance administration
• Maintenance of HR quality documents according to ISO 9001

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or studies as well as further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma or comparable qualification
• Several years of HR experience, ideally as an HR Generalist in an SME
• Good knowledge of labor and personnel law as well as social insurance systems
• Experience in personnel administration and ideally payroll accounting
• Very good German and English skills
• Good MS Office and HR system knowledge; Infoniqa One 200 Personal is an advantage
• Independent, structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• High social and communication competence as well as discretion and sense of responsibility
