We are looking for an autonomous and committed person Business Applications Manager 100% (m/f/d) In this key position, you assume responsibility for the business applications landscape of Ferag AG and lead a team of 4 to 5 employees as well as external support and implementation partners. You act as the central interface between the business and IT and translate business requirements into efficient and future-oriented IT solutions. Focus: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management as well as the structured management and continuous development of the existing legacy systems landscape. What you will accomplish with us Direction, governance & partner management D365 F&SCM • Direction of the Business Applications team from a personal and professional point of view • Management and coordination of external support, operation, and implementation partners • Planning of resources, tasks, and project priorities • Development of standards, processes, and governance structures Legacy systems landscape • Functional responsibility for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM - from requirements analysis to productive use • Translation of business requirements into IT processes, concepts, and solution designs • Ensuring smooth operation, stability, and continuous development • Coordination of deployments, updates, and extensions in an international context Business process management & change management • Responsibility for the orderly operation, maintenance, and development or migration of legacy systems • Ensuring data integrity and system stability during the transition phase • Management and development of interfaces between legacy systems and D365 • Analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Service) • Support to departments in the definition and standardization of processes • Training, user enablement, and continuous user support • Planning and implementation of change management measures during the introduction of new IT solutions • Direction and coordination of interdisciplinary projects at national and international levels What you bring • Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration with IT specialization, or equivalent qualification • Several years of experience in leading IT, applications, or project teams • Experience in managing external service providers and implementation partners • In-depth experience in the implementation, operation, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM • Experience with D365 CRM (not mandatory, but a clear asset) • Deep understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, sales, and service • Experience in managing legacy system landscapes and managing migration projects • Proven experience in change management and supporting organizational transformation projects • Communicative personality at all levels: management, business, and users • Structured and solution-oriented way of working, very good knowledge of German and English We offer • Central leadership role with high visibility at the business/IT interface • Wide margin for maneuver for the development of business applications and processes • Thorough introduction, accompanied integration, and structured knowledge transfer • Demanding and varied activity in an industrial environment with an international vocation • Close collaboration with departments, IT, management, and external partners • Above-average employment conditions and modern infrastructure For more information, Markus Stingl, Human Resources Manager, is at your disposal.
