Commercial vocational trainer with HR experience 80 - 100% The Gustello GmbH in Winterthur is not an 08/15 office. We are a commercial training company that offers 20 apprentices with special educational needs practical commercial training – with style, heart and passion. As a supplement to our team, we are looking for you immediately as a Commercial vocational trainer with HR experience 80 - 100% What you do with us: You lead the Head Office department, with 3 - 4 apprentices at the center of your work. You take over the professional guidance and promotion of the apprentices in central organizational and administrative activities such as receiving and welcoming guests, telephony, appointment and calendar coordination, email and mail processing, as well as the reservation and preparation of meeting rooms. You pass on your know-how and create individual learning fields, adapted to the needs of the apprentices. You write performance assessments as well as educational reports and conduct probationary and qualification interviews together with the training management. You bear the main responsibility for administrative HR activities such as job advertisements, pre-selection of applications, appointment coordination, contract creation, time tracking as well as the planning and implementation of induction and trial programs. You think along, plan ahead and ensure clear structures. What you bring: You have a basic commercial education, experience in vocational training and know the HR environment. Ideally, you bring further training in HR. You enjoy administrative and organizational activities as well as experience at the reception and in guest services. You work in a structured, independent manner and like to take on responsibility. Working with apprentices is close to your heart and you respond openly and attentively to their needs and concerns. You are characterized by an uncomplicated, curious, flexible and solution-oriented way of working. You are resilient and maintain an overview even in challenging situations. You really want to help shape and drive things forward. You are already available in June and/or July for an induction on an hourly basis.
