You: • guarantee a strong visual and commercial presentation in order to offer an excellent shopping experience, using service tools, to our customers. • analyze turnover and budget objectives, develop optimization measures. • effectively plan tasks and staff allocation, ensure the smooth running of all operational processes - from the sales floor to storage areas including cash desk and fitting room routines as well as daily store opening and closing. • possess the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least level B2). • develop your team through targeted recruitment, onboarding, regular feedback interviews, performance evaluations and strategic individual development. • have experience in fashion retail as well as in employee management and know the requirements of a dynamic retail environment.
