Your main tasks

• Efficient processing of regular customer returns
• Telephone and written customer consultations regarding returns
• Efficient processing of regular supplier returns
• Telephone and written consultation with suppliers regarding returns
• Efficient processing of batch recalls
• Internal telephone and written clarifications with purchasing, logistics, forwarding, and sales departments
• Represents the company Voigt and adheres to operational requirements and specifications
• All shipping processes of any kind for the company Voigt AG

(Post, UPS, DHL, internal mail, Galliker, etc.

• Timely provision of the RX for postal collection
• Execution of the returns sale
• Provision of disposal and destruction of any kind for the company Voigt AG

(Medicines, chemicals, empty containers, Spitex, etc.)

• Compliance with specifications (SOP’s, IKS instructions, user documentation)
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the department and workplace
• Professional disposal of medicines
• Performance of special tasks according to instructions (supervisors, purchasing, etc.)
• Compliance with operational guidelines and regulations (house rules, SOP’s, etc.)
• Ensures timely and error-free processing of letter and parcel mail, taking into account qualitative, economic, and regulatory aspects

Your profile

• Independent, precise, and expeditious way of working
• Experience in the warehouse area
• Good eyesight
• 1-2 Saturday shifts per month if necessary
• Flawless criminal record extract
