Concierge / chauffeur

The concierge and chauffeur contributes to the smooth daily operation of the FIVB headquarters. They ensure authorized professional travel, support internal logistics, and ensure the availability of supplies, shared spaces, and the vehicle. They offer reliable, discreet, and professional service to employees, executives, guests, and visitors.

Main responsibilities:

Ensure authorized professional travel for executives, employees, guests, and visitors, including transfers to airports, stations, hotels, and other agreed locations.
Prepare itineraries and coordinate pickup schedules taking traffic and unforeseen events into account, while ensuring safety, comfort, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Maintain vehicles clean, supplied or recharged, and ready for use; perform routine checks, organize their maintenance, and report any anomalies.
Carry out errands, urgent purchases, collections, and deliveries, and handle procedures with the Post, suppliers, and service providers.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and parcels and prepare shipments in accordance with internal procedures.
Monitor stocks of supplies and consumables, prepare replenishment proposals, receive and store orders, and report discrepancies.
Prepare meeting rooms and spaces intended for events, set up necessary equipment and refreshments, and restore spaces to order after use.
Ensure the proper upkeep of kitchens and shared spaces, put away dishes, and perform occasional cleanings that cannot wait for the intervention of the cleaning service provider.
Welcome and direct visitors, deliveries, and service providers when this task is entrusted to them.
Keep necessary operational logs up to date and quickly inform the manager of any incident, problem, or need for a decision.
