Zuchwil | 70-100% | This is your contribution * Lead the registry technically and organizationally and ensure a professional reception as well as reliable telephone availability at all times * Be responsible for business administration in the GEVER system throughout the entire lifecycle and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, deadlines, and archiving processes * Control the efficient management of office supplies via eProcurement (SRM), ensure the up-to-dateness of fundamentals, instructions, and templates, and participate actively in projects and cross-departmental endeavors * Train and advise employees of the Genie/Rescue/ABC Training Association as 1st-level support in the areas of business administration/registry (Acta Nova), eProcurement (SRM), and travel management * Plan, coordinate, prepare, and follow up on reports and record the results and decisions clearly and in a structured manner; ensure high-quality documentation and consistent follow-up What makes you unique * Commercial basic training or equivalent qualification with corresponding professional experience * Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of working with internal and external stakeholders; proactive and independent working style * Teamwork skills, perseverance, and persistence, as well as a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach * Very good knowledge of common Microsoft programs * Experience in business administration is an advantage, as are military knowledge * Confident oral and written expression as well as good active knowledge in at least two official languages In a nutshell You will take on a central hub function and ensure smooth processes.
