You have the opportunity to contribute your skills and strengths as a Registered Nurse HF to the conception and implementation of individual nursing and care in the daily activities of the residents and to plan, realize, and further develop a high quality of nursing with us. Additionally, you will take on the educational responsibility for our approx. 5 trainees.

This is what the daily professional routine looks like:

• Execution of professional, patient-centered, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based nursing and care of our patients as well as their relatives
• Co-responsibility in ensuring nursing quality and taking over daily responsibility
• Vocational training and educational responsibility for trainees (AGS, FaBe, FaGe, HF)
• Advising and coaching employees in nursing situations or professional nursing questions, as well as instruction and accompaniment of new employees and trainees
• A small house with short distances and a personal atmosphere, a responsible and varied activity, as well as the possibility to actively help shape the education sector.
• The combination of nursing practice and the educational mandate offers you the opportunity to pass on your nursing experience and at the same time promote the next generation of nursing professionals.

You bring with you:

• Dipl. Registered Nurse HF or FH or respectively with a Bachelor in Nursing Science (BScN)
• Professional experience as a registered nursing professional, preferably in geriatrics
• Experience in vocational training
• Patient-oriented, quality-conscious, critical, and reflective thinking as well as independent and reliable action
• A warm and appreciative attitude towards patients, relatives, and employees
• Empathy, motivation, joy in the nursing profession and in the support and promotion of people and trainees
• Readiness for appreciative teamwork and practical nursing
