Tour guides lead groups through unfamiliar terrain. They know the route, notice who can no longer continue, and patiently explain the same thing for the fifth time. That is exactly the kind of person we are looking for. Only your route does not lead through Patagonia, but through the HR processes of our customers.

Your tour group.

SMEs, fiduciary companies, and law firms that finally want to get their HR processes under control. Some know exactly where they want to go. Others only realize on the way that the previous path was a detour. Both need someone to lead the way.

Your route.

• You manage projects for the implementation and optimization of Abacus HR, from analysis to go-live.
• You examine the HR processes at the customer and implement them in Abacus: personnel administration, joiners and leavers, employee appraisals, absences, employee portal, HR reporting, recruiting, and much more.
• You train the key users and accompany them until they can go on their own.
• You further develop existing customer solutions and bring them to the next level
• You help build our HR offering. The position is new; you will help shape it.

Your career path to tour guiding: many paths lead to the goal.

You know the terrain. You have experience with the Abacus HR modules and have already set them up for customers. The terrain is familiar to you; now you want to lead the group.

You know the group. You come from HR, have lived and optimized processes, and want to change sides because you know how it can be done better. We will show you the terrain; we will cover the costs for the Abacus certifications.

Both lead to the same meeting point. What counts is that you bring people safely to the destination.

To be honest

This position has never existed with us before. Some things are under construction, not every process is finished, and you will ask questions for which we do not yet have an answer. In return, you will help shape things from the beginning instead of slipping into a finished role. If you prefer to build rather than walk finished paths, you have come to the right place.

Your luggage

• Several years of experience at senior level, from the Abacus world or from HR
• Training in HR (e.g., HR-Fachausweis, eidg. Diplom, CAS/MAS in HRM) or in the field of business/business informatics
• Project experience: You have managed projects or contributed significantly to them
• Clear communication: You explain complex things simply, to the management as well as to the key users
• Startup tempo: Changing priorities do not bother you; you find pragmatic solutions
• You enjoy being on-site with customers and enjoy giving training
