Co-Deputy Operations Manager: in Production Kitchen 50-80% Your tasks As Co-Deputy Operations Management, you work closely with the operations management and together lead our production kitchen with around 40 employees. In your function as Head Chef and Production Manager, you coordinate the daily operations surrounding the production of approx. 12'500 meals per week for our major customers. Together with the Co-Deputy Operations Management, you ensure a smooth process of daily business as well as various banquet events. In addition, you share responsibility for food purchasing and the timely delivery of the produced meals. In this versatile function, you assume co-responsibility for all technical, personnel and organizational tasks and are actively engaged in the training and promotion of our apprentices.
