Job Description Within the Client Service department, we are looking for a CS Diagnostic Watchmaker to strengthen an expert team and support its transformation. This position is intended for an experienced watchmaker, capable of combining technical excellence, diagnostic quality, and openness to the customer experience. Reporting to the Client Service Admin Manager, you will work within a team of estimators and collaborate closely with the technical and Client Service teams. In a context of reorganization and increased workload, this recruitment aims to strengthen watchmaking expertise and global performance (quality, deadlines, costs). The objective is to combine technical excellence, diagnostic quality, and contribution to the customer experience, while breathing new dynamics into a historically very experienced team. Your main responsibilities will be: • Analyze received watches and perform complete technical diagnostics • Establish, confirm, and adjust diagnostics for estimates according to the needs for operations and components • Guarantee reliable, consistent diagnostics aligned with AP standards • Communicate diagnostics clearly and contribute to the customer experience during manufacture visits • Be a source of proposals in continuous improvement projects (processes, data, Lean, 5S, component management) • Effectively use IT tools to research components, drawings, and technical data Qualifications • Watchmaking training (CFC or equivalent) • Confirmed experience (5 years) in watchmaking (Client Service, production, or diagnostics) • Excellent mastery of quartz, automatic, and manual movements • Mastery of complications (at a minimum annual calendar, power reserve, flyback chronograph) • Ability to intervene as a watchmaker in addition to the role of estimator • High comfort with IT tools and multi-system environments • Excellent analytical skills, rigor, and clarity of communication • Energy, openness, constructive critical thinking, and willingness to evolve practices Additional Information What we offer: • Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) • 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes • A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities • The possibility, depending on the function, to work remotely • A company restaurant • An advantageous LPP Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
