Your mission Take charge of, qualify, and process incoming requests from our customers Ensure the entry, follow-up, and closure of tickets in our ticketing tool Escalate unresolved tickets to our Operations team and our partners System administration (Creation of accounts, management of user rights, etc..) Update technical documentation Participate in technical interventions at our customers' sites Pamper our customers and know how to reassure them Your profile Initial training in IT of CFC type 2 to 5 years of experience in the field of IT support Experience or knowledge of the following technologies: Workstation, Microsoft Systems, Cloud, virtualization, MDM...
