Junior HR Consultant / Recruiter with good Spanish skills.

Your tasks:

• Holistic support of applicants throughout the entire selection process.
• Active support and maintenance of our existing customer relationships as well as advising contact persons on personnel matters.
• Independent conducting of initial interviews and structured job interviews.
• Multilingual communication and correspondence with candidates and customers in German as well as stylistically confident in Spanish.

Your profile:

• Preferably initial experience in personnel leasing, recruitment, or a comparable service industry with customer contact.
• Initial practical experience in human resources or in the commercial sector is an advantage.
• Very good German skills as well as good, business-fluent Spanish skills.
• Dynamic, open and service-oriented appearance with a strong enjoyment of dealing with people (customers and candidates).
• Organizational talent, negotiation skills, a structured way of thinking and an independent way of working.
• Routine handling of common MS Office applications.
