You manage incidents, coordinate technical evolutions, and ensure compliance with the production schedule. We offer you a stimulating work environment with planned on-call services and the possibility of teleworking up to two days per week (for Swiss residents). Tasks Coordinate evolutions of the Avaloq banking system and verify their implementation. Manage and monitor the precise schedule of tests and production releases. Ensure the interface between business users and technical teams Manage critical incidents Coordinate technical interventions that may occur on Friday or the week\-end. Participate in the on-call service according to the established schedule. We are looking for Confirmed experience in project coordination, ideally in IT. Proficiency in French and English. An asset if you possess Knowledge of the Avaloq tool. Good knowledge of banking systems. Proficiency in Italian. To succeed in this function, your personal skills are the following: Advanced ability to manage stress and multiple priorities. Ability to work autonomously and in pairs.
