What you will do with us ##

• Advising and supporting users with questions regarding the Polypoint PEP deployment and planning system
• Independent conduct of Polypoint PEP training as well as assistance in performing the monthly closing
• Further HR administrative activities, such as vacation reductions, entry of changing times etc.
• Recording of absences
• Assistance in time management projects

What you bring with you ##

• Commercial employee EFZ with further training in HR as a personal assistant
• Work experience in human resources as well as in-depth system knowledge in Polypoint PEP or another time management tool is mandatory
• Structured, independent way of working, which is applied throughout the entire team
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact with stylish and flawless German language skills in speaking and writing
• Humorous, committed and upbeat personality
