We are now looking for a committed Consultant HR Software (m/f/d) to strengthen our Customer Support department. In this role, you will support our customers in successfully structuring processes, mapping them in the software and implementing them. From the first project meeting through user training to go-live – all processes converge with you!

What awaits you with us

• As the first point of contact, you will accompany our customers from project planning, through implementation to final project acceptance, proactively managing customer expectations and identifying potential and key areas for solutions
• You analyze the current situation and existing processes in the company to identify optimization potential and implement it in a targeted manner
• Overall project management as well as the interface between our customers and internal departments (such as Support, Sales, etc.)
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for key users
• You maintain a trusting and long-term relationship with our customers, actively collect feedback and develop improvement suggestions together with them to continuously further develop the software

What we wish for you

• A basic commercial education as well as further training with a degree in business administration or similar
• You have extensive experience in payroll accounting and personnel administration as well as knowledge of Swiss social security (AHV, IV, EO) and labor law
• You understand personnel processes and have experience in dealing with payroll accounting software
• An analytical and strategic way of thinking, consulting competence as well as strong communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent German skills and good English skills as well as a moderate willingness to travel to our customers round off your profile
