Technical Support Engineer Global Service (m/f/d | 80-100%) Exciting, challenging and varied - your tasks 1st- and 2nd-level support for our worldwide customers and service technicians, including analysis and troubleshooting of malfunctions via remote access Processing complex support cases with a focus on PLC, HMI, control, and software technology Coordination between customer, service, engineering, and specialists for 3rd-level support Implementation of Zoho Desk and Zoho Projects as well as their further development and integration into the ERP system landscape Building a technical knowledge base as well as analysis of recurring errors to derive sustainable improvements Occasional international travel You will process mechanical and hydraulic issues together with our experienced colleagues With passion for technical support - your profile Technical training in the field of automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or software Good knowledge of PLC controls, ideally Beckhoff/TwinCAT or Siemens Experience in analyzing software, control, and automation problems, ideally in machine or special machine construction Analytical, structured, and independent way of working as well as high IT affinity Interest in also working into mechanical and hydraulic topics Good German and English skills Performance- & future-oriented - we offer High degree of creative freedom in support processes and standards Building an international support network Prospective technical leadership of our hotline team Regular further training and development opportunities Have we aroused your interest in this position?
