What can you expect? #####

• You provide customers with professional advice and sell a wide range of our products, for example, by helping them choose gifts.
• You actively establish contact with customers, recognize their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.
• You operate the cash register and ensure correct and accurate cash reconciliation.
• You present our exquisite assortment of sweets and chocolates in an attractive and inviting manner.
• You also perform tasks related to production, restock goods, and maintain order in the sales area.
• You implement our high quality standards with commitment and care.
• You consistently ensure compliance with hygiene and freshness standards.
• You collaborate closely with your team and contribute to creating a positive working atmosphere.

• You have experience in managing a store and a sales team, you are passionate about sales, and you focus on achieving sales targets.
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and care about providing them with exceptional shopping experiences.
• You quickly recognize customer needs and provide them with individual, friendly, and convincing advice.
• You have excellent communication skills and speak clearly and confidently.
• You use English at a level that allows for fluent communication.
• You consistently focus on quality and customer needs, even during peak periods and under time pressure.

• You have a high awareness of quality and consistently adhere to hygiene and cleanliness standards.
